Mantras Compute Oneness

Kundalini Yoga Mantras offer us formulas that activate our alignment with universal energies. Mantras work through the vibration of the sound current to create our synchronization and experience of oneness. The Adi Shakti mantra is one of the most basic Kundalini Yoga mantras. It offers us a formula for a perceptual shift and alignment with the universal vibration of love and peace.

EK ONG KAR SAT NAM SIRI WHA HE GURU

The Adi Shakti Mantra is the first meditation and mantra taught by Yogi Bhajan when he came to the United States in 1969. He actually gave it to his first student to resolve issues with her son. He told her to chant this mantra everyday and things would work out. And they did. Six months later her missing son called her.

This Kundalini Yoga mantra is like an insurance policy.

It aligns us with the Infinite. It is in this alignment that problems in our human life get worked out. We can experience powerful effects by includin the Adi Shakti Mantra as part of our morning sadhana. It is highly recommended to include 7-11 minutes of this mantra in your daily practice.

EK ONG KAR SAT NAM SIRI WHA HE GURU

Here is the meaning of this, one of the most powerful of Kundalini Yoga mantras.

EK – one, oneness, unity

ONG – the force of creation that exists everywhere

KAAR-the doer of everything

EK ONG KAAR – The creator creates everything from the universal vibration. The creator and creation are one.

SAT- this is unchanging truth

NAAM – the Name, the Word, to evoke or call upon this truth

When we experience the truth of EK ONG KAAR SAT NAAM, we witness the supreme truth beyond illusion and we vibrate with and experience our oneness with all that is.

Siri – great, awesome

Wha he Guru – ecstasy, this experience of oneness brings me the ultimate joy.

This experience is my Guru

Perceptual Shift in Our Neutral Mind

To access the higher truth of EK ONG KAR, we must open up the lens in our neutral mind. Practicing the technology of Kundalini Yoga awakens or neutral mind. In our neutral mind, we can access the unencumbered place where we can experience a space, a silence, a sound, and a stability that simply IS. What IS is the reality of EK ONG KAR – oneness with all existence.

Our challenge, of course, is to keep our attention focused on the space, sound, silence and stability, which keep our neutral channel open. Training with Kundalini Yoga is required.

Upgrading the vibration of our physical and subtle bodies is also required. And so we practice Kundalini Yoga, we chant the Divine Kundalini Yoga mantras and we train ourselves to be aware of the subtle universal forces that unite us all in the vibration of Love.
