If you are pregnant and don’t want to leave the comfort of your home to be taught yoga by a reputable instructor, then prenatal yoga videos are what you need. Even though yoga isn’t as strenuous as many other exercise routines, it’s still important that you discuss your intentions with your doctor before performing yoga as a mother-to-be.
